RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your order please see below. 

To arrange a return, please email tamarafogle@gmail.com quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We will refund an unworn item, returned in the same condition as it was sent, provided we are contacted within 7 days of delivery and the item is returned within 14 days of delivery with your order number or name included in the parcel. We will refund you the purchase price excluding the original postage cost.

We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packing or show signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Return postage must be paid for by the customer for all returns.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend a signed or tracked service.

Customers outside the UK, please mark RETURNED GOODS on the package as we will not be responsible for the UK customs duty. We do not accept any returns sent via FedEx due to their import and handling charges. Any return sent via FedEx will be refused and returned to sender.

It is not possible to refund any import fees as these are charges imposed by a third party (either the shipper, or Customs in the destination country).

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days or receipt of the return.
