This Coat is made from a vintage blanket, double sided yet light weight, with a zig zag stripe design, combined with pieces of a dead-stock Italian Army Blanket in military 'drab' green, for patch pockets and collar.
Worn one way, the coat features a dominant mustard yellow tone, while the reverse features a dominant red colour.
Trimmed with 100% cotton herringbone binding in Olive Green. All seams are taped on the inside to match the olive binding. No raw edges, allowing for this garment to be completely reversible, though the pockets placed on the mustard side of the coat.
Duster Coat style with large patch pockets and side slits. Can be worn with a belt, though belt pictured is not included.
There is some wear to the blanket ( please look at the photos). I believe this is part of the up-cycled nature of the garment and part of what makes it unique.
The lighter weight of the blanket makes for a lovely drape. This coat is not bulky like some blanket coats can be.

The drop shoulder fit is designed to be generous and oversize and allow for a multi-size fit.
